Hi Polly, thanks for helping out with the link. However, I should mention regarding your comment of our lack of concern that this is a forum for everyone to discuss Archos issues, and not a direct link to the company for answering questions right away. Email or PM is the best way to contact us for a timely response, since we get instant notification for these. I check the forums periodically, just as the other members do, and I answer posts whenever time allows on the forum, just as other members do. Priority is given to customer emails and insuring the business runs smoothly, as I'm sure you can understand. The forum is a community project, which we leave in the hands of its members. On the issue of replacement screens, we have had a few requests for Gmini400 replacement screens and are working to source them at present. _________________ Best Regards,

Hi every body?
Have an error for my archos. When I connect Gmini400 with PC, it always notice "can' access...." and my pc didn't recognize it like a HDD. I dropped it before and I don't know how I can repair it. I think HDD of gmini broken down. can you help me show where I can buy another HDD? Thank so much and hope hear from you soon
