Just loaded version 2.3 on my AJBR80 but I cant get the font to change. I thought it was just a matter of "playing" the selected font but nothing happens apart from the HD spinning up for a couple of secs. This applies to all the the fonts. What am I doing wrong?

My first guess is that you didn't follow the installation instructions.
You must unzip *all* of the files to the jukebox, not just the ajbrec.ajz file.

I managed to get it to work eventually, after deleting all the rockbox files off the jukebox and re installing 2.3
