Confused installing Rockbox 2.5

I have tried to install Rockbox 2.5 but am having difficulty and am not sure what I'm doing wrong or what I should do to get it working as I want it to. Here are the details:

I have a V1 AJBR running R2.4 I installed R2.5 using the Windows installer, following directions.

Now it still boots into R2.4 but I can Rolo into 2.5.
If I boot with F1 pressed, it starts to boot Archos 1.28, but then boots R2.5.

I presumed I had to Flash R2.5 after the installation procedure to get my AJBR to start automatically in R2.5. Again following directions, I Roloed into 2.5 but then when I tried to run the rockbox.ucl file I get an incompatible version error. I read the documentation but can't figure out if I should be using Boombox and, if so, how to use it given the present state of my player. I do not have Rombox installed.

How can I get my AJBR to automatically start in 2.5, without having to Rolo or F1 start?

Problem solved. The fine folks at Rockbox posted an updated R2.5 installer on 24 Sep 05 and that worked flawlessly. Thanks gents and ladies
