All items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product description.
If an exchange is requested, we will exchange the product any product(s) of equal or greater value for the difference in price plus shipping charges.
If a refund or an exchange for an item of lesser value is requested under any circumstances, a handling fee of 10% will be assessed.
Once your item ships, initial shipping charges are not refundable. If we have sent you the wrong product, or if a product is defective through no fault of your own,
we will pay to have a replacement reshipped to you once the wrong or defective item arrives.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any defective or unwanted merchandise back to us.
Non-defective items must be in resellable condition, or no refund or exchange will be possible, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to ship the product back if desired.
Items which are determined to have become damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to ship the product back if desired.
