Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Archos Player Returns Policy (for accessories, see right panel):

Your player will be guaranteed to be free of defects for one year from the date of purchase.
Should you have any problems with your player during this time, please log onto
www.archos.com
and complete the RMA request on their site. You will need proof of purchase to complete the RMA. You can provide this proof in any of these 3 ways:
1. Print out a copy of your Paypal invoice if you paid via Paypal
2. Print a copy of your 'Thank you' order email
3. Log onto our website at www.newmp3technology.com/orderstatus.php and enter the email address used to place the order as well as the order ID. Once logged in, print a copy of this page

Please note, you are responsible for shipping the player to your nearest eligible Archos repair center and back to your location if required by Archos.
Because used players cannot be resold as new items, although they can be replaced or repaired under warranty, player purchases cannot be refunded under any circumstances, and repair requests must go through the Archos RMA process on www.archos.com

Accessories Returns Policy (for Archos players, see left panel):

  • All items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  • If an exchange is requested, we will exchange the product any product(s) of equal or greater value for the difference in price plus shipping charges.
  • If a refund or an exchange for an item of lesser value is requested under any circumstances, a handling fee of 10% will be assessed.
  • Once your item ships, initial shipping charges are not refundable. If we have sent you the wrong product, or if a product is defective through no fault of your own,
    we will pay to have a replacement reshipped to you once the wrong or defective item arrives.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any defective or unwanted merchandise back to us.
  • Non-defective items must be in resellable condition, or no refund or exchange will be possible, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to ship the product back if desired.
  • Items which are determined to have become damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to ship the product back if desired.
