This is for an Express RMA service, where we will check your player in-house and either troubleshoot the problem or (if unsuccessful) send out a new replacement for you within 7 days of receiving it. By choosing the Express option, we do not wait for Archos approval before sending out a replacement, which can save you a lot of time.
