This covers return shipping and processing fees for returning a defective directly player back to us. We will in turn submit your return RMA to Archos and will send a replacement as soon as Archos approves the return (normally around 30 days' time). We do offer an Express RMA service, where we check the player in-house and either troubleshoot the problem or (if unsuccessful) send out a new replacement for you within 7 days of receiving it.
