I just placed an order but want to cancel
Please log into your order status page HERE with your order ID and email address. If you don't know your order ID, just submit your email address in the form below the login, and we'll send it to you again by email.
Once you log in, you'll see your order status. If you see a cancel button on this page, it means your order has not been processed and can still be cancelled. You can then place a second order, if you ordered the wrong items for example. If you do not see the cancel button, then unfortunately it is too late to cancel the order, and you will need to click the 'return an item' button to submit a return.
