My order is missing an item, what do I do?
First, please check all of your packaging; sometimes we place small items inside boxes for bigger items to conserve space, and other times, some items may be so small they can be easily missed. We do have an extremely low error rate, due to our packing procedures, so please check thoroughly before letting us know.
If you are still unable to find the item, log into your order status page HERE with your order ID and email address. If you don't know your order ID, just submit your email address in the form below the login, and we'll send it to you again by email.
Once you log in, select 'return an item'. Select the item that is missing from the resulting list, and explain in the 'additional details' section that your order was missing this item.
We may write back requesting a picture of the shipping label, as well as a photo of all of the products that you did receive.
